Patients can also simply refill their prescription online by using our Online Form or Mobile App
New:
New Prescriptions can be dropped off at Hazle Drugs or called in by your health care provider. Our pharmacy also subscribes to E-Prescribe electronic prescription services for your practitioner’s convenience.
Transfer:

Bring your current prescriptions bottles to Hazle Drugs along with your insurance card and we will handle everything else.
You can also contact us with your current medication that you want transferred to Hazle Drugs along with your previous pharmacy’s name/phone number.
