The dosage may vary per patient. Starting dosage is 0.3 mg (0.3ml) to 0.5mg (0.5ml) under the tongue once daily (hold for at least 90 seconds). After a few days increase to 1mg (1ml) once daily. Consult your provider or Hazle Compounding if not sure of when to increase your dose.
The longer the medication is held under the tongue, the better the absorption. Hold under the tongue for at least 90 seconds. 2-3 minutes or longer is even better to help the medication absorb into the blood stream. Do not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes.
